Prices: Price changes may occur. All stated prices include 25% VAT.
Out of stock items: It can occasionally happen on a very rare occasion that an item in the webshop is sold out, or cannot be sold for other reasons. If this happens, the Buyer will be informed about this, and we will contact the Buyer with a solution.
You have the option of choosing one of the following payment methods:
Payment by card: Dankort, VISA/Dankort and Mastercard MobilePay The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL), which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is debited from your account as soon as the item leaves . We cannot withdraw more from your card than the amount you have approved. However, we can charge less. And we can refund your payment - in whole or in part.
By bank transfer: Transfer the amount to Spar Nord – Account no.: 6506 / 3060995035 IBAN no.: DK8665063060995035 – SWIFT code: SPNODK22 Your order will be dispatched as soon as the transfer is registered.
Shipping and delivery: Here at Nordisk Metalkunst®, we are aware that you are looking forward to receiving your order and therefore we do our best to send your order within one to two working days. The delivery time with PostNord within EU is 2-5 days for packages. Reservations are made for extraordinary circumstances, which in the worst case may delay the process.
When a color is selected for the larger sculptures, an extra delivery time of 3-7 working days may occur.
Sculptures where a longer delivery time can be expected, we draw attention to this in the text on the individual sculpture and when contacting us directly by email.
If you want to be sure of the delivery time, you are always welcome to call or write to us.
It is also possible to visit our Gallery in Middelfart, Valdemarsvej 7, 5500 Middelfart, where you also have the option of collecting your sculpture yourself, if you prefer this.
DENMARK We ship by PostNord and with tracking numbers on the packages to all of Denmark.
Free shipping: We have chosen to ship free of charge to all private customers in Denmark.
For gallerists, please refer to the applicable mutual agreement.

EU COUNTRIES AND NORWAY Packages to most EU countries and Norway are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. They are sent as parcel post with a tracking number. The price starts from 250 DKK.
The risk of accidental demise or deterioration: Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the Buyer's possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the Buyer.
Right of cancellation: Should you unexpectedly regret your purchase, you have 14 days full right of return. If you wish to make use of your right of return, you must send us an email to nmk@metalkunst.dk no later than 14 days after receiving the sculpture. In the email, you must make it clear that you want the purchase to be returned, as well as your name and invoice number.
If the 14 days after receiving the sculpture are exceeded, it will not be possible to get the amount for the sculpture refunded, but we will do our best to find an appropriate solution for both parties and this will often be an exchange for another sculpture or we can offer to make a gift card.
It is the buyer's responsibility that the sculpture is properly packed and returned to us without damage. Remember to get a receipt for thw handing of the package.
If the sculpture is damaged, otherwise in poor condition, or is lost, the right to return will be waived. Damagest sculptures will not be refunded.
Special tasks: Non-refundable and payment is made in accordance with the individual agreement when ordering in writing via email.
Defects: Reservations are made for typing errors on the website.
All sculptures are handmade and the color expression may vary to a limited extent, as there are several sculptures that cannot be treated exactly the same when dyed. It can, among other things, is because the vessel they are placed in can only contain a certain amount at a time. On the other hand, we strive to approach the same expression on the individual type of sculpture.
